Booking & reservations
To secure your luxury experience with Luxury Estate Transport, LLC, a 50% deposit and a signed waiver are required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of the total cost is due on the day of the rental. All bookings have a two-hour minimum and are subject to vehicle availability and operational considerations. Failure to submit the required payments or waiver may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Conduct & Safety
The safety and comfort of all guests are our top priorities. Passengers are expected to follow the chauffeur’s instructions and conduct themselves responsibly at all times. Standing while the vehicle is in motion, excessive intoxication, use of illegal substances, smoking or vaping, vandalism, and any unsafe or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. The chauffeur has full authority to terminate the experience immediately if safety or conduct standards are violated. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and additional charges for cleaning or damages may apply.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations made more than seven days before the scheduled experience may be eligible for a partial refund, with the non-refundable booking fee retained. Cancellations within seven days, including same-day cancellations, are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for late arrivals, no-shows, early termination due to passenger misconduct, adverse weather, unless deemed unsafe by Luxury Estate Transport, LLC, or changes to the route or itinerary requested by the client.
Cleaning & Damages
Luxury Estate Transport, LLC maintains premium vehicles and expects all guests to treat them with care. A standard cleaning is included with each experience; however, excessive cleaning or damage, including spills, broken fixtures, smoke or odors, or exterior damage, may result in additional fees ranging from $250 to $1,500. Luxury Estate Transport, LLC is not responsible for personal items left behind in the vehicle. Found items are held for 14 days and may be discarded or donated if unclaimed. Shipping or damage to returned items is not covered.
Alcohol & Privacy
Alcohol consumption is permitted only where legal and provided by prior agreement. All passengers consuming alcohol must be of legal drinking age. Excessive intoxication or disorderly conduct may result in immediate termination of the experience without refund. Luxury Estate Transport, LLC respects your privacy and collects personal information solely for service delivery and internal business purposes. Personal information is never sold or shared except as required by law.
liability & Agreement
Luxury Estate Transport, LLC is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or incidents caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Liability for any claim arising from the experience is limited to the amount paid for the booking. By booking or participating, clients and passengers acknowledge and agree to all policies listed.
